Mentor Group Asia was formed to satisfy an identified need in the International Business Community for guidance and advice in how to conduct business more profitably and efficiently and how to maximise the returns received by the shareholders of International Business Corporations.
What Mentor Group Asia does, is provide the necessary services to any business entity or person, to help it or them achieve their objectives. Mentor Group Asia is not necessarily involved in doing the work to achieve those objectives, but in providing the expertise to allow the relevant decision makers to put in place the necessary management systems and procedures, to enable them to achieve their objectives themselves. When required however, Mentor Group Asia does provide hands on assistance to implement the necessary management and system changes and for some clients Mentor Group Asia does supply an ongoing physical presence within their business operations.
